On January 5th 2023, we are offering a free, virtual suicide prevention training and mental health discussion in order to equip the parkour community with the tools needed for mental health conversation and discussion.
The free training course is provided by Zero Suicide Alliance, and is a useful tool for us all to learn how to approach conversations within mental health.
Tickets to the virtual training are available now for FREE. (or for a donation, which helps Contendunt continue the mission for mental health conversation, awareness and education within the Parkour community.)
