Changing Minds Training X Contendunt

Changing Minds Training X Contendunt

This year, Contendunt has raised a total of £534 for the mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) through sales of clothing on our online store, and raising awareness of mental health through our community.

We want to get that donation up to £600 by the end of the year, so we are running a Christmas charity raffle to make that happen!

Contendunt would like to express a huge thank you to Changing Minds Training, who have kindly donated some training courses to our upcoming Christmas raffle.

They have kindly donated a space on one of their upcoming Mental Health First Aid England training course, and their Suicide First Aid training course.

Part of our mission is to make mental health training accessible to those within our lifestyle sports communities, and Changing Minds Training are kindly allowing us to take the first steps to make that happen.

The mission of Changing Minds Training is "to empower each and every person with the skills, knowledge and compassion required to support the mental health of themselves and others."

Their vision is similar to ours.

"A world where mental health is an everyday conversation, and nobody is ashamed or embarrassed about having a mental illness."

We cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity for supporting our charity raffle this year.

The prize for the Mental Health First Aid England training will only be available to those who purchase from England, and are over the age of 16 (Those under 16 can take part on the MHFA course with consent from parents/guardians).

The prize for Suicide First Aid training is available for anyone worldwide over the age of 16 (Those under the age of 16 can take part on the SFA course with consent from parents/guardians).

Our prize pool for the raffle is worth over £900, and is growing daily.

Raffle tickets will be going live on the Contendunt store on December 17th.
